End-User
Instructor-led training, either facilitated hands-on or seminar style. Students gain the knowledge and acquire the skills to successfully operate their device and/or application prior to system conversion.
Power-User
Designed for early adopters, end-user ambassadors and IT personnel that will be the first line of support to their organizations end-users. This class is an expanded End-User session that includes details on feature nuances and end-user commonly asked questions.
Train-the-Trainer
Master the concepts and skills needed to become an in-house instructor on your organization’s new Collaboration devices and applications. During our eight-hour program, you will be taken through a Power-User training session and in turn, learn how to convey the End-User curriculum in an engaging, hands-on session. Prior training experience recommended.
System Administrator
A customized and comprehensive course designed to educate System Administrators on how to manage their systems post-conversion. Students will learn how to navigate and perform moves, adds and changes and learn about features that may be used to bring additional value to their organization.
End User Adoption
The diverse learning styles of today’s multi-generational workforce impose greater challenges on deploying technology than ever before. The Baby Boomers who make up a quarter of the workforce, view technology as something that is acquired and favor structured instructor-led classes.
A third of the workforce is made up of Gen X’ers who view technology as indispensable and are use case driven, self-motivated learners.

All the value in instructor-led training, without the travel costs. This offering is an exceptional solution for small site deployments and/or remote workers. Delivered from our Distance Learning Studio using Cisco WebEx, we can educate end-users on their specific applications as if we were teaching on site!
Anytime-Anywhere Hosted Training
Tutorials embedded into a client-branded portal that is accessed via a custom URL. This alternative to instructor-led training is a cost-effective solution for large roll-outs and may be used for new hire and remedial training. Licensed on an enterprise basis with a yearly hosting contract.
